Welcome to the NEW MicDIYers Homepage!

We have grown from a grass roots, basic info mailing list, to a fully functional 

Do It Yourself Microphone construction resource. We have some very knowledgeable 

and excellent minds here who graciously offer their expertise as often as possible. 

When I started this Mailing List back in Oct. 1998, I had in mind a few buddies discussing 

different techniques, new found components and of course the tapes they produced.... 

Well, now in 2001, 2.5 years later, we have grown to 370 members including some 

professionals! 

I thank you all for making this list such a success and stand proud of our accomplishments 

here. Together we are taking our DIY hobby into the future...
