the bar is wrapped up, so how do we know whether it's really the strut bar or just a metal pipe inside it?

hey, does anyone know if this strut bar fits the 98 Escorts or not?

I think it does. I seem to recall test fitting it on one, but for the life of me can't remember if it fit or not, i am like 75% sure it did fit though....I do recall some things though....Things that may get in the way are the fact the 3rd gen scorts have the AC lines on both strut towers and the intake and/or TB sticks up kinda high. But the arch of the bar may clear it.
