O-rings

Is it always alot of hassle to get new Fuel injector O-rings after installed on the injector into the fuel rail and head without mucking them up?
Mine are fighting me all tha way.

Oil them with some 10w-40, makes the install a breeze

dont push them in - rotate the injector as you're slowly pushing it in. If it resists back off.
